Hi, we are experiencing some issues with our 20 year old Aquilisa shower which is powered by a Quartz A1 pump/processor. Since we moved in 9 years ago we have always had the issue that, after warming up, the shower goes cool again for a seconds and then warms up again before working perfectly normally. As the years have gone by, the number of attempts has gone up (now sometimes 11 or 12) so I am thinking some renewal is in order!

From what I have said do you think it is the pump that needs replacing, the Controller or, perhaps, both? I know I can get the parts from Aquilisa.

Many thanks.

i have always walked away from these as parts are too expensive for a mis diagnosis. howeve sounds like control board but why not get them in to service it?
