Sorry a bit to this reply, but only found it today.
Only things I can think of is check any auto vents, especially on return pipework. I have seen an auto vent installed on return pipe in middle of heating run in attic allowing air into system, but it was an open system.
Also check joints appearance at circulating pump of underfloor circuits.
