My flush valve has packed up on my toilet. I believe it's a "VeeBath "Model 2. Is there a direct replacement available for me to fit without disturbing the outlet pipe seal or will I have to replace the whole thing?

its not called that or its a generic part.
options.
A- take to a proper merchants and get them to pair up the cradle to the valve.

B- change the whole lot for a dudley pnuematic for £20
or
C- order one from here and bend over sir's https://shop.lunns.net/pluma-h-series-p ... 3857-p.asp
