Plumbing can be a great career, I love it and can't see me doing anything else. Those fast track courses though are useless. They take your money and give you a qualification but you'll have no experience, and this is one of careers where experience is key. If you really want to learn I would try getting work at a firm as a plumbers mate, work along side the plumbers ask questions, watch and learn. And go to college in the evening to get your qualifications. My previous boss qualified in his 40's and has continued to run a business employing a few lads so its possible. Just stay away from courses than promise miracles in a few months.
