not sure what your asking? do you mean a full vocational course to study plumbing for qualifications or just some books for a diy project?
Either way, R.D Treloar books are the staple student books. If you want a self study course then go for the cheapest with virtual course vid's (cash only no terms).
Or- enrol at your local evening class colleges
