Hi I’m buying a house which has a loft conversion and en suite. Inside there is a toilet connected to a normal waste pipe but the shower and sink are connected to a Saniflo system. I wondered why the previous owner might have done it this way? Why might only the sink and shower be connected to Saniflo but not the loo? What’s the point of that? Thanks for your help! 8-)

Maybe, just maybe the basin & shower were added afterwards and whoever did the work didn`t want to connect into the 4"pipe or maybe the joists run the wrong way?
