Hello,
Could someone kindly give an opinion on the attached pictures. Today i had a heat valve and the actuator replaced by a local engineer, he only partially drained the system because he was able to restrict the flow of water by using the conex valves. There was a problem with the wiring which was fixed by another good natured engineer later in the day and all seemed well. Heating and water working as expected. But I find now that when the radiators are warm the boiler now cycles about every 2 minutes, then off for about a minute and back on again. The place heats up eventually but the boiler seems to be working overtime. does this seem right? Also two of the 3 valves are open, the one thats closed is the one between gray boxes. Does that seem correct??

Many thanks for any insight.
