Any ideas what could be causing this issue? (See video)The boiler has been making this noise since xmas and has been serviced since then by a local heating engineer. The issue has got worse progressively. The boiler has also had a new oem fan fitted to try and address the issue to no avail...... Just as an observation, this only seems to occur when the boiler is on a low output as it never seems to do it when its going full chat. Awaiting your input with baited breath!

karp boilers.
its the fan bearing?, sound like a trumpet outside.
apart from the gas burning only the fan is moving through the flue.
is it within the 7 year warrenty they wont honour?

Hi. Definitely not the fan. Has been replaced with new oem fan and still makes the noise! The boiler is nearly three years old so warranty should be ok...... just need to diagnose fault to claim!
